How do I let you know when it's time to install my soil moisture sensors?

When you placed your order on Bridge Builder, we asked you which crop(s) you were planning to plant in that field. Based on your crop, geographic location, and our knowledge of how the season is progressing, we will be contacting you when we think that fields in your area should be ready for us to install. Ideally, we want to install the soil moisture sensors in the field as soon as the crop has fully emerged so we can pick an area with a good, representative stand of crops. The soil moisture probe and communication box extend only a few feet above the ground in-line with the crop, so it shouldn't be a problem to spray over the top of them after installation.

First, we will send you a text message that you can respond with a simple "Y" or "N" to confirm or delay the installation. If you delay long enough, we will give you a call to figure out what the situation is!

Once we have finished the install, you will get a text and email with reminder information about how to get online and start viewing the data.
